Problem - You Are Not Solving a Big enough problem:
If you want to charge more, you MUST solve a bigger problem! Agencies are lead to believe that companies just want Facebook Ads, SEO or some other service. Not true.
The biggest problem that companies (the ones who have budget) NEED solved is having control of their data and being able to utilise the traffic they have already paid for.
What Our Customers Do
Our customers use the data to help companies in dozens of ways. The most popular are:
- Using the SuperPixel to resolve anonymous traffic to create 2-3x more sales from existing traffic
- Using the B2B intent audiences to identify specific audiences for large companies that have bigger budgets for B2B marketing.
- Find clients spending massive amounts on paid ads (especially Google ads) then use the custom models and in-markets to create the audience for a fixed fee
Real Examples of Customers Doing This:
Problem:
Joseph client sold a high ticket medical device with starting price $40,000 plus. They were struggling to find their ideal customer on Facebook ads as their target was strictly medical professionals that specific diagnostic testing equipment.
Solution:
- The client provided a list of competitors and a seed list of ideal keywords they were bidding on.
- Joseph used these keywords to create an ‘audience prompt’ which we copied into the AudienceLab custom models feature.
- This custom model was used to identify all user profiles actively searching for ‘diagnostic medical equipment’ in past 24 hour period.
- Joseph then used the B2B2C feature to identify only those who were medical professionals.
- Audience was synced directly to an outbound B2B team.
Results:
- First list of just 60,000 medical professionals produced over 600 quality leads (people willing to join a demo) which equated to over $24m in pipeline value.
- The entire process took just 3 days.
Why This Is Important
Most agency owners either sell something that has risk on the client, takes a very long time to fulfil and/or is something that does not have a high level of sophistication that anyone with an internet connection can replicate.
